So is it worth the “risk” to get the H1N1 Vaccine? The toxins in the vaccine are guaranteed to be harmful to your body. It contains mercury (2nd most toxic substance on Earth), Formaldehyde, Anti-freeze and H1N1 virus. There is NO guarantee you’ll be immune from H1N1 if you get vaccinated, and there is a slight change you’ll even get H1N1 this year, or ever! Your body has an immune system for a reason. It is our defense system against bugs, germs, viruses, sickness & disease. Your body was designed to fight BEFORE the invention of vaccines, and will continue to fight without one.
What can you do to build up your immune system?
- Remove the interference in your nervous system.
- Avoid and eliminate sugar, it causes bacteria to GROW and PROSPER!
- Get lots of rest.
- Take Vitamin C (5000 mg daily)
- Take Vitamin C (5000 mg daily)
- Wash your hands.
Your body is a warrior, and every time we interfere with its natural way of defending itself, we weaken it. Keep your body strong!
